Pro Terms

The deal in one paragraph

AddSpeechBubble Pro is an optional paid plan for the free editor at addspeechbubble.com. It is sold by Rainverse ("we"). By buying Pro you agree to these terms. The free editor is not affected by them.

Plans and billing

Pro is available weekly and monthly as a subscription that renews automatically until you cancel, and as a Lifetime purchase that is paid once and never renews. Prices are shown in US dollars before tax; Stripe collects any tax that applies where you live. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the billing page and stay active until the end of the paid period.

Refunds

Any purchase, including Lifetime, can be refunded in full if you email us within 7 days. After that, subscriptions can be cancelled but the current period is not refunded.

What Pro includes

Larger and batch exports, animated bubbles, an ad-free editor, cloud sync of your works, and a commercial licence for the pictures you export. Features are added over time; we may also change or retire a feature, but we will not remove something you paid a Lifetime plan for without an equivalent replacement.

Licence for your exports

You own the pictures you make. With Pro you may use them for commercial purposes without attribution. You are responsible for the photos and text you bring into the editor, including having the right to use them.

Accounts

One account per person. Sharing a Pro account or reselling access is not allowed. We may close accounts that abuse the service; if we do so without cause, we refund the remaining period.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. We do our best to keep it up and correct, but we do not promise it will be error-free, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions: hello@addspeechbubble.com.
